Hildebrandt Palace

Hildebrandt Palace is the fourth and last Tier 1 Abyssal Dungeon. Definitely hardest but also the most visually impressive of all Tier 1 Abyssal Dungeons. In Hildebrandt Palace using all recommended battle items is mandatory. Mechanics require great communication and cooperation between players as well as attention to details. In order to complete the Hildebrandt Palace, ensure that all players are familiar with mechanics and their roles.

Hildebrandt Palace consists of two bosses split into three encounters

  1. Phantom Legion Queen
  2. Phase 1 Brelshaza
  3. Phase 2 Brelshaza

Battle Items

  • HP Recovery potion - This is only way to heal yourself during the fight

 

  • Splendid Swift Robe - Increases player movement speed by 40% for 12 seconds and gives immunity to all speed reduction effects
  • Whirlwind Grande - This type of grenade deals decent damage and applies a lot of stagger
  • Time Stop Potion - This type of potion make you invincible for a moment but does not prevent you from dying to powerful wipeout skills

Phantom Legion Queen

Phantom Legion Queen is an agile boss making use of teleports and dashes which may be challenging for characters with longer animations or combos. Her abilities are telegraphic and moderately hard to dodge. Phantom Legion Queen also has one shot mechanic called Phantom Tsunami which kills players on contact.

Mechanics

(Mechanic) Phantom Tsunami

Boss becomes immortal and starts casting Phantom Tsunami. To avoid them players should pick appropriate portal colors in order to teleport behind the wave. Phantom Tsunami automatically kills players on contact.

Attack Patterns

Triple Orb

Boss fires three fast travelling projectiles.

Prison

Boss starts casting big aoe and launches into air, after very short period of time falls down knocking players down.

Bombs

Boss creates multiple AoE explosions on the ground.

All Cones

Series of all possible cone patterns during this encounter.

Triple Dash into Double Cone

Boss dashes three times and starts casting double cones.

Phantom Weaves

During the last phase the boss periodically summons phantom weaves.

Phase 1 Brelshaza

Phase 1 Brelshza is a second encounter of Hilderdant Palace. During that phase the boss performs a wide range of attacks and many of them are overlapping. This means that players can end up dodging multiple abilities at once. Falling rocks is a mechanic that starts at around 14 bars of Brelshza HP and requires players to dodge rolling boulders and keep track on whom meteor will land. Luckily failing this mechanic does not result in party wipeout but longer it takes to complete more damage is taken by the party.

Mechanics

(Mechanic) Falling Rocks

Boss tilts the platform and becomes immortal, rolling boulders start spawning. 

  • Players have to dodge boulders and wait for meteor to target one player. 
  • Targeted player becomes marked with red aura and after a short period of time a meteor will fall on him.
  • Targeted players should stay near the boss in order to hit the boss with a meteor.
  • Once boss is hit mechanic ends.

There are no particular wipe mechanics during this phase, just overall damage dealt by boulders and boss which will eventually result in death.

Attack Patterns

Bombs

Boss creates multiple aoe explosions on the ground.

Bubbles

Boss creates a halo of bubbles above her head. After short period of time bubbles are being released as projectiles which explodes on ground.

Cone

Boss creates a large cone which knocks players down on contact.

Cross Bubbles

Boss fires four projectiles in different directions and after a short period of time calls them back.

Prison Cones

Boss summons multiple immobilized ghosts. After a short period of time each ghost casts a small cone which puts players into bubble prison on contact.

Spikes

Boss creates two lines of spikes pushing players back on contact.

Star Projectile

Boss fires a star shaped projectile. Projectile splits into more stars once it reaches its final destination.

Phase 2 Brelshza

Phase 2 Brelshza is the last encounter of Hilderdant Palace. Definitely the hardest one that requires a lot of cooperation and proper skill timing. Ability pool for this fight is large and many attacks will be overlapping. There are two wipeout mechanics – Eprnjas Help and Meteor. Eprnjas Help requires just to stagger the immobilized boss. Meteor is much more complex and requires all party members to be alive and cooperate.

Mechanics

(Mechanic) Eprnjas Help

Boss does this mechanic at 34 and 26 health bars. During that intermission players need to apply a lot of impairments. Grenades like Splendid Flash or Whirlwind are very useful during this mechanic.

Eprnjas Help Fail

Failing to stagger the boss in a certain time results in wipe.

(Mechanic) Meteor

  • All four players need to be alive to complete this mechanic. 
  • One player is marked with the X symbol and the other three players receive the “flashlight” effect. 
  • In order to complete this mechanic all three “flashlights” must be directed at the player marked with X symbol in short proximity. 
  • Players should keep their “flashlights” directed at X marked player until three bubbles above his head start glowing.
  • At this point boss starts casting massive AoE meteor and all players need to run out.

Meteor Fail

If all players won’t focus their “flashlights” or X marked player boss will put all into prison and cast meteor on their heads = Wipe.

Attack Patterns

Blast Rain

Boss marks players with blue effect. After around 4 seconds projectiles start falling at the spot where the player was standing.

Bombs

Boss casts multiple aoe explosions on the ground.

Bubbles

Boss creates a halo of bubbles above her head. After a short period of time she starts releasing them as projectiles.

Cross Bubbles

Boss pulls four bubbles to herself and then pushes them back.

Double Cone

Boss creates two cones covering almost 360 degree radius.

Prison Cones

Boss summons multiple immobilized ghosts. After a short period of time each ghost casts a small cone which puts players into bubble prison on contact.

Prison

Boss creates a circle requiring players to stay inside.

Ring of Spikes

Boss creates a big AoE ring of spikes.

Cone of Spikes

Boss creates spikes in cone shaped area.

Dark Energy Portals

Boss creates multiple void portals. After a short period of time dark energy is being released from them in the form of projectile.

Star Projectile

Boss fires a star shaped projectile. Projectile splits into more stars once it reaches its final destination.

Wall Rockets

In the last phase Boss starts periodically releasing rocket type projectiles from walls.
